Sears Canada App Reviews

This app is terrible at best. I try using it and end up frustrated in the end and quit using it! The whole thing needs revamping. Please sears, fix this very terrible and frustrating app before I go crazy and not use this app at all! Ha ha.

The App is frumpy and runs more like a web page. When I hit the back button the app often goes blank. The filters do work well but I dislike the show more function. The app has crashed several times on me when I hit the show more button.

Please please please fix this app already. One huge annoyance...when looking at a specific item and you want to go back a screen...the screen goes blank when you hit the little back arrow so you have to start search from very beginning. Super frustrating!

App generally works well. I wish there was a favorites/shopping list feature. If this feature could also show you when the item goes on sale (like the Canadian tire app does), that would be great. I dont like how it reverts back to the first product in the category youre looking at after youve looked at one item. For example, if you click on the 60th pair of slippers to find out the details and then you go back, it takes you to the first pair again and you lose your spot in the list. It would also be useful if the app showed you if an item was back ordered when you click on it to view details as it is extremely frustrating to get all the way to the second last step of the payment process to find out that it will take weeks or months for your item to arrive. If its going to take that long, I might choose a different product.

App works well. Needs to have a shopping list with an alert tab telling you when the things you want are on sale. Like the Canadian tire app.

I downloaded this app to be able to add items and view my wishlist. (Im pregnant, but dont want to start a registry quite yet). I cannot do either. And when I am ready to start my registry, I wont be able to access it through the app either. I think these are features you might want to consider adding!

When looking at item and u selected it and you want to go back after it sends u back start which is annoying when 200 plus items

IPhone 4S... I cannot scroll through multiple pages, there is no option. Ive tried without the app as well (Safari) and cannot either.

OMG, whats going on Sears Canada? Have you abandoned your app??? There hasnt been an update since April 2012, more than 2 years ago. Your app is still letter-boxed on my iPhone 5.

Crashes all the time

You cant search by the item number. Useless!

Needs a facelift. Freezes. Cant back out of product selection without starting over. Takes too long to browse products and find what Im looking for.

The last update was 2012! Forget the Sears catalogue and get with the times..people like to shop online! Your app is outdated, slow, glitchy and the pictures are small!

This app is absolutely terrible. You cant see the pictures, and crashes non-stop! You try and go back a page and you have to start all over again. Sears...you are big enough to have a much better app! Deleted!!

I think Sears is one of the few apps and sites that wont let you see if an object is available at a store... Sometimes users dont want to wait days for delivery...

This app is actually giving access to the mobile website through a stripped down web browser. Its not very responsive and functionalities are limited. For instance, there is no way this "app" can remember login credentials, which a real browser can do. No way to see order history without manually entering an order number.

Junk. Blurry on iPad. Only for iPhone.

This app is a pain! It is not very use friendly and has glitches out so many times on me that it has actually prompted me to shop elsewhere to avoid using the app on my phone. Sears!!!.....do something about your app!
